Windows 11 focus stealing problems

Usually I'm using the hibernation mode of Windows because I'm just too lazy and annoyed to open up every tool I'm usually using like Terminal windows, IntelliJ, BattleNet, Steam, Signal, Discord etc.pp.. Sadly since some time I was facing a problem after wake which manifasted in periodic focus stealing problems like i.e. every 30 seconds. After googling around a post suggested to keep an eye on the WSL process of Windows and indeed in my case it was related as well. Thing is, I'm using Docker on Windows and it uses the WSL layer to do it's job and somehow the WSL/Docker installation has problems after hibernation mode (probably memory management problems ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. However just restart the Docker application which will restart the WSL layer as well and the annoying focus stealing crap is gone.
